Who we are

Lualdi Systems is a division of Lualdi Advisors LLC, a company based in the United States, which is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to support@lualdisystems.com.

What we collect, and why

When you send the proposal form, we receive the details you enter: your name and work email (required), and optionally your organisation, role, country, the configuration and quantity you are interested in, and your description of workloads and timeline. We use them only to answer your enquiry, prepare a configuration and quotation, and, if you go ahead, to deliver and support your system.

We send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide, so you know your request arrived.

To see prices, you register with your name, organisation and work email, and optionally your country. We email you a link to confirm the address. When you open it, the price list becomes visible on that device and our team receives your registration, so we can follow up on your interest in Titanium.

The legal bases are the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the form against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Site measurement and cookies

This site uses Google Tag Manager, a service of Google, to load the measurement tools we configure in it, for example to understand how visitors use the site and how our campaigns perform. Tag Manager loads on every visit, which sends technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the page you are viewing to Google, which may process it in the United States.

Analytics and marketing tools may use cookies or similar identifiers only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until you do, Google's consent mode tells them not to store or read any; they may still send limited signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed. The legal basis for these tools is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw it at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing also removes the analytics and marketing cookies already set. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months.

What we do not do

• Our own site sets one essential cookie, when you open your price-access link. It holds your confirmed email address in encrypted form so that prices stay visible on that device for up to 180 days. It is not used for tracking, and signing out on the price list removes it.
• Fonts and software libraries are served from our own site; apart from Google Tag Manager, loading a page does not send your data to third parties.
• We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than your enquiry and the resulting business relationship.

Protection against abuse

To stop automated spam, the forms check for bots and limit how many requests can be sent from one internet address. For this, our server keeps your IP address in memory for at most one hour; it is not written to our records.

Who processes your data

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and our email by Titan, Hostinger's business email service; both process data on our behalf. Google Tag Manager is provided by Google, as described above. Your enquiry is handled by our team at Lualdi Advisors LLC in the United States. Transferring it there is necessary to respond to the request you made (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). Like any web host, Hostinger may keep technical access logs, including IP addresses, for a limited period for security and operation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and price-list registrations for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards if no business relationship results. If you become a customer, we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@lualdisystems.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes

We will update this notice if the way we handle personal data changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
